Our comprehensive installation and support service has made Analytical Science Corporation second to none. Our in-house programmers are assigned to your account and personally oversee your progress. • On-site hardware check out.
• Communication check of terminals with on-site computer.
• Installation of ASC software.
• Supervisor orientation session.
• On-site computer operator training (usually four days total).
• Complete procedure manual.
• ONE YEAR of FREE telephone support via computer-to-computer communication.
• One year of usual program upgrades and on-screen help.
