DO YOU HAVE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE FEES OR ONGOING LICENSING FEES?

ASC does not charge for software maintenance or ongoing licensing fees.

HOW LONG IS THE INITIAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERIOD?

ASC offers free one (1) full year of customer support. Additionally, most hardware models units are covered by a warranty for five full years.

HOW MUCH TRAINING WILL WE RECEIVE INITIALLY?

ASC offers two (2) days of training at your location using your equipment and your data. This is the most effective method of teaching your users how the system works for them. The training is provided by a technician/programmer who will also be your contact person for the future so they are familiar with your company's policies. The training also includes the population of the data files with your employee data and testing with your data prior to implementation.

HOW IS ON-GOING SUPPORT HANDLED?

ASC provides 24 hours a day and 7 days a week customer service via telephone or PC to PC communications. Our PC to your PC link eliminates the sometimes frustrating situation of the user trying to explain what they are seeing on the screen and enables the technician to "walk thru" your data files with the user and the technician looking at the exact same screen. ASC guarantees that you will receive a response within 15 minutes of your request for service. Ninety five percent of our service calls are answered immediately.

WE HAVE UNIQUE SITUATIONS, HOW FLEXIBLE IS THIS SYSTEM?

ASC's Electronic Payroll Management system was designed to be flexible enough to handle all types of situations from all types of companies. Since 1975, the system has been continuously upgraded and modified to include a wide variety of features and benefits that makes ASC's system the most comprehensive of its kind.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES I CAN HAVE ON THE SYSTEM?

ASC has no limit to the number of employees on the system.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF DEPARTMENTS, CODES, OPERATIONS, JOBS I CAN HAVE ON THE SYSTEM?

ASC has no limitations on the number of departments, codes, operations, or jobs.

CAN YOU INTERFACE WITH PAYROLL SERVICES OR IN-HOUSE CHECK WRITING SOFTWARE?

ASC interfaces with any payroll service company and also with any in-house system via our custom interface abilities. The interfaces are done in-house by staff programmers and not by third party software companies. 

DO YOU WRITE ALL YOUR OWN SOFTWARE?

ASC writes all programs in-house by staff programmers who service their work as well as write programs

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE PAYROLL COMPANIES ON THE SYSTEM?

ASC allows for unlimited company coding which is especially useful for multi union environments or to keep track of temporary employees' time for auditing purposes and for sending hours to the payroll service.
